“DRIVE – Vehicle sketches and renderings” is the latest effort by Scott Robertson, a renown concept designer and educator, author of several instructional DVDs on traditional and digital drawing techniques, published by Gnomon Workshops.
“Drive” follows the success of his prior two vehicle design brooks, “Start Your Engines” and” Lift Off”, both published by Design Studio Press, a specialty publisher focused on original artistic works and educational books, and founded by Scott Robertson himself.
On his “Drawthrough” weblog, Scott Robertson has posted several work-in-progress posts, which include sketches, test renderings and final images.
The book will be 9″ x 11″ landscape format, with 176 pages and over 300 illustrations. It will be available from November 2010 in paperback ($34.95) and hardcover ($49.95) editions.
