Hyundai i-flow Concept: updates

Hyundai has released a new rendering and some details on the i-Flow Concept, that will debut at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show on next week. The streamlined body achieves a drag coefficient of 0,25. The production version will feature hybrid diesel powertrain.


The car, recently previewed by a design sketch, is a D-segment sedan that will compete in the same class as the Ford Mondeo.

The sculpted design created by the company’s European Design Center has remarkable aerodynamic
qualities, as it achieves a drag coefficient of 0,25.
The range of powerplants will include a diesel hybrid powertrain with dual stage turbocharging. The projected fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are respectively 78.4 mpg and 85 grams/kilometer.
