The Moy Concept is targeted at a modern generation who uses technology as a means to express themselves and communicate with others.
This concept, designed by Elvis Tomljenovic, was the winner of the design contest held during the auto(r) automotive design conference.
The body of the car is made of two polycarbonate layers – one outer and one inner – with layers of liquid cristals, LED diodes and electrochromic foil (film) inbetween.
This enables Moy to display both static images and videos, so that it can be used as a new medium of communication or promotion.
As Elvis Tomljenovic explains "The idea behind MOY koncept is that everyone can design his own car graphics on his own computer and then apply the design to the vehicle using wireless data transfer or share it with other people through web-site, forum, e-mail etc."
"To those who lack the necessary skills or time to create their own design, the option of downloading ready made designs is available. "
The vehicles are interconnected, so this exchange is possible in motion. Movement recognition technology enables to draw on the car in real time.
The vehicle is powered by batteries that charge electric motors located in the wheels and controlled by drive-by-wire technology.
