The XM adopts the bold design language of the 2015 eX Concept made of muscular surfaces and sharp edges, and applies it to a crossover body style.
The name combines the words crossover (X) and MPV and indicates a focus on flexibility. The spacios interior can accommodate seven passengers on three seat rows, making the XM a possible rival to the Honda BR-V.
The production model is expected to be built in Indonesia and should be launched in late 2017.
The XM Concept will be on display at the Gaikindo Indonesia international Auto Show, from 11 to 21 August.
