Michelin Challenge Design 2017 – Le Mans 2030: Panel Video

The video of this year’s APA panel, discussing “Design for the Win: Le Mans 2030”, the theme of the 2017 Michelin Challenge Design.


Hosted at the Detroit Athletic Club in April of 2016, the discussion included panelists: Dave Marek, Acura Executive Creative Director, Honda R&D Americas Inc.; Doug Fehan, Program Manager, Corvette Racing; and Ben Bowlby, Motor Racing Designer and Owner, Ben Bowlby Racing LLC.

The discussion explores the link between racing cars and production vehicles as well as new technologies and the very future of motor racing.

The event was moderated by Ben Ebel, Design Coordinator, OE, Michelin North America & Co-Chair of Michelin Challenge Design.
