The 1983 Zonda is a true revival for those nostalgic of the 1980s supercars era: the age of the Ferrari F40s and Testarossa, the BMW M1 and the latest Lamborghini Countach.
An age of plastic skirts, massive wings and the first car onboard electronics.
The Zonda created by designer Oguz Spahioglu perfectly fits in the period, with its “low-tech” look, boxy shaped surfaces and many retro details: from the Testarossa-inspired side air intakes, to the dark plastic bumpers, mirrors and wings, the then “new” BBS wheels up to the small rectangular side light indicators, everything speaks the 1980 language.
The designer not only adopted the right aesthetics: he also created images heavenly inspired by the trends of the era.
