At the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este BMW will debut the BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage, a model that pays tribute to the BMW 3.0 CSL, the iconic BMW Coupe from the 1970s.
The design features a body framed by air deflectors, powerful wheel arches and a prominent roof and rear spoiler. The stretched flanks serve as a counterpoint to the sporty front and rear end.
The BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage is characterized by the use of lightweight materials, and in particular of carbon fiber composites for the lower section of the car.
