The Q80 Inspiration Concept expresses Infiniti’s vision for a future flagship, introducing a distinctive fastback body style coupled with a remarkable length of 5052 mm.
The main proportions are defined by the long wheelbase of 3103 mm (122.2 in) framed by 22-inch five-dual-spoke lightweight alloys.
The low, well-planted stance is underlined by the width of 2027 mm (79.8 in) and relatively low height of 1350 mm (53.1 in).
The exterior design features flowing, uninterrupted surfaces, with no side mirrors and minimal cutlines and a surface treatment made of convex-concave shapes smooth transitions.
The DLO graphic theme features an evolution of the trademark C-shaped kink on the trailing edge and is framed by chromed surrounds.
The rear section is characterized by a distinctive V-shaped rear screen and a central crease line.
Among the heghlights are the full roof length of the teardrop passenger greenhouse, accentuated by lightweight acoustic glass, and the doors with the portal-style opening system.
The interior – which is yet to be revealed – features four seats individual and a high-tech, high-quality mix of materials, including carbon-fibre, aluminium, and leather.
The cabin comfort is enhanced by the surrounding acoustic glass and additional sound insulation devices.
Among the technical features are the hybrid powertrain and an advanced adaptive suspension system.
