Bentley has released a short video that previews its first SUV model, planned to go into production in 2016.

The first SUV Concept by Bentley was the EXP 9 F Concept revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in 2012. The show car raised controversial reactions, however in summer 2013 the British carmaker confirmed the production of the model.

Now a new video teases the lines of the upcoming SUV which, according to the company’s announcement, the SUV will feature a “sculpted, contemporary and distinctive design”, combined with the meticulous detailing.

The SUV will be available with a range of engines – including a plug-in hybrid option for 2017.
