Renault teases new concept

Renault has announced a new concept that will debut at the 2013 Monaco F1 Grand Prix in May. Like the Twin’Z, the new show car will be based on the ‘Play’ motto.

Renault Concept TeaserThe new concept follows the Twin’Z, recently unveiled in Milan and – like the concept developed in collaboration with Ross Lovegrove – will be based around the idea of ‘Play’ in Renault Design’s ‘life-cycle’ strategy.

The concept car was designed and developed entirely by Renault Design under the direction of Laurens van den Acker as “an expression of the brand’s passion and an illustration of how different takes on the same city car are possible.”

The new car’s reveal at the 2013 Monaco F1 Grand Prix will be followed by a series of other dynamic demonstrations at events such as July’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.
