The actual concept was revealed at an exclusive private event during the past weekend at Pebble Beach, followed by the release of the official sketches reported here.
With the convertible version of the Mulsanne model, which debuted as a saloon at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in 2009, Bentley aims at creating the “most elegant convertible”, and extending “the appeal of the Mulsanne family […] particularly in new and emerging markets.”
The sketches showcase a distinctive side view, with the short front overhang balanced by the elongated tail and the sculpted rear shoulders – reminiscent of the Continental line-up.
