The Duna Room project was originally commissioned to designer Paolo Martin by a private customer from Middle East, who eventually decided not to finalize it into a production reality.
This desert vehicle is based on the chassis of the Mercedes-Benz Unimog and has relatively compact dimensions that allow it to overcome difficult terrain and to travel on narrow trails.
The main feature of the vehicle is a fan-shaped system of solar panels integrated in the roof, that can form a surface of up to 30 square meters providing between 2 and 3 kW.
The roof has its own GPS system so it can be easily localized from the vehicle.
