Renault previews new car set to debut at Frankfurt

Renault has unveiled a teaser design sketch that previews a new car expected to debut at the next Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

The image, published on the company’s official Facebook page, previews a new mysterious car, which will be probably unveiled at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show, taking place from 15 to 25 September 2011.

The front end pictured in the sketch echoes the lines already introduced with recent concept cars such as the R-Space, the Captur and the DeZir.

From what I can barely see in the image, it appears to have an extremely short front end and upright windshield. If I had to guess, I’d say we should expect to see some sort of micro city car, or some sort of ‘camper’ van competing head-to-head with VW.
