BMW concept featured in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol

The BMW Vision EfficientDynamics electric concept car will be featured in “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol”, the fourth episode of the series, scheduled for release in December 2011.


BMW Concept in Mission ImpossibleThe BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept was first presented at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. It introduced the brand’s new series of electric models and will provide the basis for the i8, expected to enter production in the near future.

For its futuristic technology and design, the concept was selected as the main vehicle to be featured in “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol”, the new title of the successful franchise, currently in the post-production stage.

Ian Robertson, BMW AG Board Member for Sales and Marketing, commented: “With its futuristic design and large glass surfaces, the car offers a fascinating perspective on the future of sheer driving pleasure – in combination with maximum efficiency.
