Feng Zhu is a concept artist and designer well known in the movie and entertainment business. His has worked with Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Sony, Activision, Industrial Light & Magic and with directors George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, James Cameron, and Michael Bay, on blockbuster movies like Star Wars Episode III and Transformers.

Recently he has founded the Feng Zhu School of Design (FZD), which based in Singapore.
On FZD School’s YouTube Channel there are several videos that present the different courses.
Over the course of 2010, the School has also started publishing weekly educational HD videos in a series called “Design Cinema” that cover different digital drawing and painting techniques.
While mainly targeted to aspiring concept artists for the entertainment and movie industry, these videos are also very interesting for industrial and transportation design students.
Below we report a couple of sample episodes. We will catalog all the videos in the upcoming weeks and – as usual – we will add them to our database of Tutorials, divided into categories.
