Lancia has released a couple o sketches that preview the next-generation Ypsilon compact model, expected to debut at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. It will be based on the Fiat Panda platform.
As part of a New Year’s greeting card, Lancia has revealed the first images of the upcoming new Ypsilon, expected to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March and to go on sale this summer.
The new Ypsilon will be be based on the same platform that equips Fiat Panda, with a wheelbase extended by about 100mm.
The images came along with the message “A new horizon, three new Lancia models.”
The other two models that could make their debut in Geneva could include a new flagship sedan developed on the platform of the Chrysler 300.
