Developed with Volvo's support, the V8 Speedster is an extreme sportscar with a hot rod style, created by Leif Tufvesson and presented at the 2006 SEMA Show. It will be sold under the Caresto brand name.

The Arbitrage GT is a sportscar developed in Thailand by Cobra International, a Company specialized in lightweight composites. It will be produced in limited series from 2007 and it will feature a carbon body chassis and body.

Melkus has announced the RS2000 project: the compact sportscar will be the successor of the 1960's Melkus RS1000 and will be unveiled within 2008. A limited production of 25 units per year is expected.
