The Holden Coupe 60 is an extreme sportscar concept that celebrates the 60th anniverasary of the first Australian car, the 48-215. Among the features are the pillarless construction and the 6.0 liters V8 engine.

For the 2006-2007 Academic Year, the Faculty of Art & Design at Monash University and the Design Institute of Australia present a series of six forums that showcase the different divisions within Holden Design.

At the Australian International Motor Show in Sydney Holden presents the EFIJY concept, a modern hot rod interpretation inspired by one of Australia's most famous car, the Holden FJ.

6 October 2004 - Holden drew on GM global resources to build the Torana TT36 showcar, which is powered by an experimental 280kW twin turbo Alloytec V6 engine, sports a glass roof and showcases directional design themes.
