The 10 finalist projects of the "Design Challenge" competition, focused on the theme "An LA Adventure".

The 13th annual AutoWeek Design Forum will explore explores the importance of design in the auto and the consumer product worlds as a primary differentiating factor between products and a driving force in consumers' purchase decisions.

Concorso Italiano - A Celebration of Italian Style took place last 18 August in Monterey Bay, California. This year's edition featured more than 1,500 cars on display, including the Lamborghini Concept S.

After the positive experience of the 2004-2005 edition, Audi-Lamborghini Group announced the 2005-2006 edition of their Master in Car Design, developed in partnership with Scuola Politecnica di Design (SPD) based in Turin, Italy.

From 20 to 22 October 2005 the Modena Exhibition Centre will be hosting ALUMOTIVE, International Exhibition of Innovative Solutions, Subcontracting, Aluminium Components and Technological Materials for the Transport Industry.

This exhibition, hosted by the Museum of the Automobile in Turin, will show projects sponsored by Ducati and Alfa Romeo created by the students of the course in Transportation Design at the IAAD (Istituto d'Arte Applicata e Design - Institute of Applied Arts and Design).

The "Shape Mission" Show will take place in Berlin, from 9th July until 19th August 2005. It will be fully dedicated to italian car design from Turin and Piemonte and will describe the individual phases of the automobile design process from the concept idea to the prototype development and the series production.
