Toyota Estima Concept

The Estima Concept is a new generation minivan that combines the latest hybrid system, THS II, with electric 4WD to combine environmental and driving performances.

The exterior design is based on a monovolume shape. The glass surfaces visually surround the vehicle like a continuous dark window, with benefits in terms of visibility.

The interior features a high-tech-looking central panel; the second-row seats is equipped with built-in footrests, while third-row seats can be folded electrically to transform the cabin space in a variety of layout.
A high number of electrical appliances can be run on the provided 1,500-watt power supply system.

The Estima is equipped with the THS II, Toyota’s latest hybrid system, and an exhaust heat recovery system in the pursuit of low CO2 and other emissions.

Another innovative feature is the VDIM system, that seamlessly supports the vehicle operations of running, turning and stopping for all conditions from normal through to extreme driving. The combination of VDIM with E-Four (electric four-wheel drive) provides high levels of drivability.
