Announced some days ago, the new Alfa 8C Spider concept was unveiled at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

Designed by the Centro Stile Alfa Romeo, the 8C Spider is strictly derived from the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, and features essential and elegant lines, in the tradition of Alfa Romeo brand.

The 8C Spider has a front-mounted engine and rear-wheel-drive.

It is still uncertain whether the 8C Spider will be produced: anyway some of its aesthetic character will be present in the next 147 generation, the forthcoming Alfa 149.
