Leaf Touch Concept
The Leaf Touch Concept is a single seat vehicle with a leaf-inspired design capable of running on solar energy and transforming CO2 into oxygen. It was designed by Xiaosong Qiang from the Beijing Institute of Technology.
The Leaf Touch Concept was the winner in the Best Eco Design category at the Interior Motives Design Awards 2008.

The Leaf Touch is a single-seat vehicle focused on energy saving and eco-compatibility.
Its is capable of running on electric power as well as on solar energy while turning CO2 into O2 thanks to the cyanobacteria in the tank which allow to perform the photosynthesis process.
Among the technical features are the all-wheel drive system and the capability of driving through water thanks to the internal pressurised system
The dynamic open-wheels design is inspired by the shape and colors of leaves.
