Lamborghini has released a set of new images of the Reventon, the extreme supercar based on the Murcielago, designed by its Style Center and unveiled at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Planned to be produced in just 20 units, the Reventón was designed and engineered by Lamborghini starting from a "standard" Murciélago LP64. The whole development - from the first ideas to the finished car - took less than a year.
