The Subaru Impreza WRX STI is a concept vehicle created by Swedish 3D designer Lars Martensson. Among the main features are a short wheelbase and a very aggressive exterior design.

Subaru Impreza WRX STI ConceptCompared to the "real" Impreza, recently unveiled in its latest hatchback evolution, the concept created by Lars Martensson features a very aggressive styling with a short wheelbase, muscular wheelarches, huge tires and extreme features like the air scoop on the hood and the rear spoiler.

The 3d model was created in 3D Studio Max and the renderings were made in V-Ray.

The sporty and excessive styling seems anyway to capture the essence and the spirit of the original Impreza rally models.

The lack of aggressivity was one of the main reason for some criticism raised by the new Impreza hatchback model after its unveiling.
