This coupé/targa compact sportscar, unveiled by Virtual Car, is a project developed by second year transportation design students at IED: Matteo Bergantin, Michele Cito, Andrea Corona, Alex Mastinu, Giulio Partisani and Satoshi Shiina.
As in the tradition of the brand, the Abarth SS is derived from a small production Fiat model (the Panda, in this case). The same basis was recently choosen by Bertone for the Barchetta Concept.
The dimensions are a total length of 3,550 mm, a width of 1,680 mm and a height of just 1,200 mm.
The range of engines could include the Fiat production 1.4 liters (100-hp) and the T-Jet units (+150 hp).
The estimated price could be as low as 18,000 Euros, thanks to the extensive sharing of components.
