ChopStars is a German weblog run by publisher Axel Springer, the producer of Auto Bild magazine.

It focuses on "photoshopped images" of tuned cars - so-called "virtual tuning" - and publishes works sent by the website's readers.

ChopStars' main author is Andreas Rogotzki, who works as an editor for AutoTuning magazine, and has dealt with "virtual tuning" for more than 15 years.

Some days ago he has announced a "Fake Contest", that will start at the end of May and will last four weeks.
