The layout of the Thalìa Concept is characterized by a raised rear bench which allows for locating a set of batteries or hydrogen tanks - depending on the powertrain adopted - in a position that is safe and optimizes at the same time the center of gravity position.
In addition to this, the rear seats allow passengers to have a full front view thanks to the raised position (+30 cm compared to the front seats) and the panoramic roof which integrates a second windshield.
The exterior design features dynamic and sleek lines. The fron headlamps can be adjusted in luminosity according to the different functions, thus creating every time a unique visual shape.

In the rear end designers' research was focused on for functional integration: the spoiler contains the cameras that replace the side mirrors in order to improve aerodynamics, while the reversing lights, rear fog lamps and rear window wiper are integrated in an asymmetrical element which defines the rear view and also serves as hatch handle.
The static model unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show didn't have any interiors, which would have been very interesting given the travel-oriented type of vehicle.
The overall concept has some reminescences of the Columbus designed by Italdesign in 1992.
