The concept behind the Project Splash is "a car for everybody". As Toshihiro Suzuki, Board Member and Senior Executive Director, explains "our goal is a car for all people: young and senior, male and female, single, couples and families in every driving situation [...]."
Future production will depend on the public's appreciation level.
According to Suzuki, "the exterior design of Project Splash embodies the energy, youthfulness, and delight suggested by a splash of water. Sharp lines, bold contours and chrome accents give the body a sporty and appealing look."
The strong-looking face incorporates long, slim LED headlights and a large grille. The side view is characterized by floating-look chrome A-pillar covers and by chrome side mouldings. The side mirrors incorporate a turn-signal lamp and a rear-view camera.
The relatively tall body allows for ample occupant space, and the rounded-designed rear-end features LED lamps and integrated dual exhaust tailpipes.
The interior is focused on enjoyment and ease of use concepts. The entire cabin features a contemporary look defined by gentle curves and the blue-based colour scheme. A panoramic roof gives passengers a sense of openness.
