Hyundai USA has unveiled an official image of the 2007 version of its Tiburon Coupé. Among the differences are the new headlights, front spoiler, rear wing and the removal of the typical side vents.

Hyundai Tiburon-Coupeé - 2007 faceliftCompared with the 2005 edition, the restyled Coupé features a deeply changed front end. The headlights have a stretched shape , and define a new cutline that divides the spoiler and thequarter panel. The spoiler integrates a single air grille with horizontal openings.

Another important change affects the side panel: the characteristic "C"-edge that sculpted the vehicle profile - apparently inspired by the Ferrari 456 - has been reduced to the upper part, and the vertical vents have been replaced by a small horizontal opening.

The new Hyundai Coupé will be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show together with the Arnejs Concept.

Initially the S-Coupe was sold in the UK and around the world, until replaced by the Coupé in 1996. This US-designed car won fans worldwide, outselling the Fiat Coupe in Italy.

An F2 Evolution version was introduced in 1999, featuring additional streamlining, and an uprated engine, and received a bold facelift in 2000.

The third generation went on sale in 2002, with a significant redesign of the previous edition.

Two additional facelifts were carried out in 2005 (with a more aggressive front end design and sportier headlights) and in 2006.
