Hyundai Curb Concept – Behind the scenes (video)

A MotoMan TV episode fully dedicated to the design and development process of the Curb Concept, designed at the Hyundai Design Center in Irvine, California and presented at the 2011 Detroit Motor Show.

This special episode was originally published on February 2011, shortly after the debut of the Hyundai Curb Concept – codenamed HCD-12 – at the 2011 Detroit Show.

It has however gained new attention recently, and has been reposted by several design-related websites – such as idsketching.com and deyscdesigns.com.

Shot at the Hyundai America Design Center in Irvine, California, this video is a light-hearted and non-technical yet in-depth and unique overview of the complete design process behind a show car, from the initial concept to the final construction, and features interviews with design executives, designers, modelers and builders.

Juke was a bold and a concept like car mass produced. I wish I could see that at other brands.
