Dartz Prombron’ Nagel
Developed by armored vehicles maker Dartz in collaboration with Gray Design, the Nagel is an armored sportback SUV designed for pulling yachts. It is expected to go on sale in 2012.
Dartz Prombron’ and Gray Design have released the first details on the 2012 Dartz Prombron’ Nagel, an armored vehicle planned to be launched in 2012, when the company celebrates its 100th anniversary.
Originally named RussoBalt (RussoBaltique), it was founded in 1912 and produced sports and armored cars, royal lancelets and airplanes. It was then renamed Prombron’ and or recently reborn as Dartz Prombron’.
The Nagel model was designed by Eduard Gray of Gray Design, and is based on the Dartz Prombron’ platform, that uses the so-called KAPSULA technology.
The car can tow yachts up to five tonnes in weight and up to 15 meters in length. Thanks to its 2,000 hp engine the Nagel reaches a top speed of 250 km/h.
